Recruitment Assistant

-Handles efficiently and effectively recruitment activities for Timog and Valenzuela site.
-Processes personnel requisitions; Checks vacancy requested vs. approved table of organization (T/O).
-Handles recruitment and hiring administrative duties
-Conducts preliminary interviews for screening and shortlist purposes; endorses for further interviews.
-Conducts background and reference checks if necessary.

-College graduate from a reputable university with a degree in Psychology.
-Preferably with several years experience in an HR-related function
-Preferably with working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 practices and procedures
-Exposed to, and comfortable working in, a computerized office environment
-Good interpersonal skills; can work effectively with people at all levels
Is friendly and approachable yet professional in conduct
-Willing to work at Timog Avenue, Quezon City from Monday to Friday
