Accounting Manager

-Oversees and manages the daily operations of the Accounting Department, which cover the following functions: accounts payables (A/P), accounts receivables (A/R), inventory accounting, cost accounting, import/export administration & accounting, general ledger (GL) & general accounting, tax accounting/ reporting, financial & management reporting, and local statutory compliance.
-Utilizes accounting methods and practices that are in strict compliance with company accounting policies and generally-accepted accounting standards and practices.
-Ensures that all accounting transactions are recorded in a complete, accurate and timely basis and that the financial records and reports are also accurate and reflect the true financial position of the company.

- MUST be CPA
-With MBA is an advantage
-With relevant experience in industrial / manufacturing company
-At least eight (8) years of direct work experience in overall accounting operations, with at least three (3) years prior experience in a management /supervisory capacity
-With working knowledge on SAP or equivalent ERP System
-With working experience with external audit
-With working experience with tax audit
-Supervisory / people management skill is a must
-Strong leadership and analytical skills
-Above average oral and written communication skills
-With high integrity
-Firm with policies and deadlines
-Must be both goal and results-oriented
-Highly resourceful
-Willing to go the extra mile
