Quality Assurance Analyst

1. Conducts the cost-effective and efficient operations of all Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
2. Conducts the comprehensive, accurate and timely QA testing of:
· industrial roofing accessories, either manufactured by the Production Dept. or purchased from external OEM manufactures, in accordance with established test sampling standards and/or approved/accepted product specifications;
· finished goods or raw materials transferred-in from other company sites/warehouses;
· raw materials purchased from third-party vendors to be used in the internal manufacturing of roofing, in accordance with approved/accepted materials specifications and/or Certificate of Analysis (COA);
· products rejected, backloaded and returned by customers due to quality complaints.
3. Prepares all roofing /accessories/materials specimen samples for testing.
4. Conducts all testing requirements on roofing/materials samples in an accurate, comprehensive and timely manner.
5. Ensures proper encoding of test results to QA-STR.

· College graduate with a Chemistry or Chemical Sciences degree from a reputable university
· Registered Chemist is a plus
· At least two (2) years of solid well-rounded industrial work experience in a manufacturing company, with demonstrated ability in QA activities
· Knowledgeable in MRP/ISO 9000/5S/SPC/PLC
