Product Manager

-Handles the product planning, product marketing and execution of the product lifecycle of the company’s PVC, uPVC and thermo-roofing products
-Conducts product research and market analysis to identify key competitors and consumer trends, identify market requirements and opportunities for product innovations and enhancements
-Oversees product planning activities, including developing a product strategy and road map and timetable for roll-out, determining product specifications, product packaging and documentation, recommending pricing strategies to meet revenue goals
-Coordinates product marketing with the Marketing Department to develop a marketing & events plan, including planning the product launch, working with ads & promo to generate product awareness, developing sales training materials, conducting product presentations internally and externally, and assisting in the development of marketing collaterals
-Provides end-user support by ensuring effective after-sales product support, tracking customer inquiries and feedback to determine product refinements or improvements

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Civil Engineering
-MBA degree an advantage
-Minimum 3 years prior work experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
-Minimum 5 years experience focused in handling Roofing Products
-Thorough product management work experience, especially in implementing relevant cost control and operating expenses
-Possesses proven project management skills
-Able to coordinate with and influence cross-functional teams without official authority
-Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
-Must have geographical knowledge of NCR and major cities across the Philippines
-Computer literate, computer competency must be Above Average
