Financial Control Staff

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Financial Control Staff member to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
-Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
-Perform financial analysis and variance explanations.
-Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
-Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
-Contribute to process improvements to enhance financial controls and efficiency.

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Prior experience in financial control or auditing preferred.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
-Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
