Accounting Supervisor

Join our team as an Accounting Supervisor and lead our accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. As an integral part of our finance team, you will oversee daily operations, guide staff, and contribute to strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and mentor accounting team members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.
-Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation.
-Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
-Collaborate with auditors during audits and manage audit responses.
-Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
-Provide management with financial insights and analysis.

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
-Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or similar role.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
