Accounts Receivable Associate

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate and play a vital role in managing our receivables process. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
-Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and timely
-Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
-Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
-Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end closing
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY TYPES:
- 13th month salary

-At least 1 to 2 years experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software a plus
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
