Bank Reconciliation Associate

Join our team as a Bank Reconciliation Associate and play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of banking transactions and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities:
-Perform daily, monthly, and yearly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank records and general ledger
-Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in a timely manner
-Prepare reports detailing reconciliation results and financial discrepancies
-Collaborate with internal teams to address reconciliation issues and improve processes

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY TYPES:

-1 to 2 years experience in bank reconciliation or related financial roles preferred
-Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation procedures
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software a plus
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
