Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
-Supervise a team of accountants and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
-Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
-Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
-Coordinate and support audits and ensure timely submission of required financial reports.
-Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
-Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-CPA certification preferred.
-Proven experience (5 years or more) in accounting or finance roles, with X years in a managerial capacity.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
