Incident Manager

Join our team as an Incident Manager and oversee the effective resolution of IT service disruptions. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a background in incident management.

Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate the response to IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution
-Implement incident management processes and best practices
-Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on incident status
-Identify root causes of incidents and recommend preventive measures
-Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
-Proven experience in incident management or a similar IT role
-Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management principles
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
