Sales Representative

-Execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration for motorcycle spare parts and accessories in the Philippines.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, mechanics, and other key stakeholders in the motorcycle industry.
-Conduct regular visits to retail stores and distributors to promote our products, showcase new arrivals, and secure orders. Minimum requirement: Visit 12-15 outlets per day.
-Provide product knowledge to retail staff and mechanics to assist them in recommending and selling our products effectively.
-Collect payments from retail stores, distributors, and other clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. Daily and weekly reporting is required.

-Passion for motorcycles and an interest in motorcycle spare parts and accessories.
-Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Fluency in English and local languages spoken in the Philippines.
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
