Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our field sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of sales representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
You will provide guidance, training, and support to your team while developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and mentor a team of field sales representatives, setting performance goals and providing ongoing training and support.
-Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve regional sales targets.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
-Conduct regular field visits to support sales representatives, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to drive sales growth.
-Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to support sales activities.
