Job Summary:
A Service Administrator is responsible for managing service department operations, ensuring smooth scheduling of vehicle repairs and maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with technicians, and supporting customers throughout their service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
-Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers.
-Greet customers and gather information about their vehicle issues.
-Prepare and process service orders and invoices.
-Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
-Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up communications.
-Manage inventory of service parts and supplies.
-Ensure adherence to dealership policies and procedures.
