Apex Auto Inc.- Geely Ilocos is currently looking for the following:

- Service Advisor

A Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for managing service appointments, advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
-Provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
-Create and review service estimates, obtain customer approvals, and explain service procedures.
-Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of service work.
-Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle, including any changes to the service schedule or cost.
-Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
-Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
