- Accounting Head

The Head of Accounting will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting functions. This role involves leading a team of accounting professionals, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, and working closely with senior management to support strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
-Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
-Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
-Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
-Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure all financial practices adhere to regulatory requirements.
-Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
-Monitor and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
