Dining Staff

You will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Your role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating as needed.
-Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
-Serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, promptly and courteously.
-Ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
-Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
-Refill condiments, napkins, and other supplies in the dining area.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
-Assist with restocking and organizing inventory as needed.
-Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
