Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting coffee shop environment. Your role involves preparing drinks, handling customer orders, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, following standardized recipes.
-Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
-Serve pastries, snacks, and other menu items.
-Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring accurate processing and providing correct change.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area.
-Answer customer inquiries about the menu, ingredients, and coffee brewing methods.
-Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
-Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices.
-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
-Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setting up the coffee shop.
