Purchasing Officer

You are responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement of goods and services for an organization.

Key responsibilities include:
-Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with vendors.
-Purchase Order Management: Creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods.
-Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
-Cost Control: Analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and seeking cost-saving opportunities.
-Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulations, and preparing reports on procurement activities and expenditures.

-Graduate of Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science or any business related courses
-With at least 1-year work experience in Purchasing in the field of electronics manufacturing
-With strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
-With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-With strong computer skills especially in MS Office
