Finance Associate

The Finance Associate supports the finance department by performing various financial analyses, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role involves working closely with other team members to contribute to the overall financial health and performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
-Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
-Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Support the development of financial forecasts and models.
Reporting:
Prepare and distribute financial reports to management.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Accounts Management:
-Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Financial Records:
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Audit Support:
-Assist in internal and external audit processes.
Provide necessary documentation and support for audit requirements.
Process Improvement:
Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems.
-Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and support their financial needs.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
