RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support occupational therapist during therapy sessions
• Assist with planning and implementing treatment activities
• Prepare and organize therapy equipment and materials
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Guide children through exercises and activities
• Provide encouragement and motivation to patients
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment
• Communicate effectively with children and families
• Follow therapy protocols and guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
