HR Head

Responsibilities:
✓ Reports directly to the President & General Manager.
✓ Handles Personnel Policies & Procedure, End to end Recruitment, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement and Timekeeping & Payroll Management.
✓ Managing and conducting New Hire Orientation and Office Tours to brief New Hires with the facilities, services, rules, and regulations.
✓ To document performance, career records and employee evaluation.
✓ Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
✓ Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
✓ Maintain employee files and records.

✓ Bachelor's Degree of Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
✓ At least 6 months to 1 year work experience under the same capacity
