Sales Staff

Location: To be assigned at SM Sta. Rosa

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive store environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Understand customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs.
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
-Maintain knowledge of product features, promotions, and inventory.
-Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
-Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints effectively.
-Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.
-Participate in store promotions and sales events.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
-Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management.
