HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
* Sources applicants through any or all of the following: reserved files, incoming or walk-in applications, employee referrals, job fairs, internet, etc.
* Screens applicants for competency with the job requirements.
* Handles 201 files of employees.
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR office and ensure that good housekeeping and records management practices are followed.
* Does any HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time.

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Recruitment, Human Resources or equivalent.
* Open for Fresh Grads, willing to be trained.
