Sales Supervisor

Work Schedule: Day Shift (8 AM to 5 PM | Monday to Friday)

ABILITY TO:
• Communicate and interact in a professional manner.
• Negotiate/persuade others for the Company.
• Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account.
• Supervise sales team and support services.
• Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level.
• Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients.
• Explain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics.

• College Graduate preferably Major in Economics, Business
Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Completion of LOMA 1 & 2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Life Insurance business (admin/sales).
