Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information in a professional manner. Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
-Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
-Provide accurate information about products or services.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
-Maintain detailed and updated customer records.
-Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer service.

Work Schedule:
• Day Shift - Mondays to Fridays
