Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy. In this role, you will manage the accounting team, prepare financial reports, and maintain compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
-Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
-Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
-Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-CPA certification is preferred.
-5+ years of accounting experience, with management experience.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
