We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our retail team.
The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing staff performance.
Key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, maintaining inventory levels, implementing sales strategies, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive sales and enhance store efficiency.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management preferred
-Previous retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for improvement
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
