Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage the project life cycle, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and understanding of their needs.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting regular reviews and implementing best practices.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring financials and approving related expenses.
- Lead and mentor project teams, facilitating collaboration and providing performance feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information, or a related field.
• PMP Certified (Similar project management certification is preferred)
• At least a year of experience in project management, preferably within a BPO or any alike.
• Strong understanding of operations, processes, and best practices.
