HR Assistant

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department.
The HR Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding, and provide general HR support to employees and managers.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
-Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
-Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
-Help organize HR events and training sessions.
-Address general employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
-Previous experience in HR or administrative role is a plus.
