Construction Manager

- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to monitoring progress and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and design teams, to coordinate and execute project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. A proven track record of successful project delivery.
3. Excellent project management and problem- solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
5. Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
