Sales Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Help the sales team with the quotation, proposal, and sales presentation preparation.
2. Handle client enquiries, responding to them in a timely manner and assigning particular technical questions to the relevant team members.
3. Monitor sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to make sure all prospective customers are contacted on a regular basis.

5. In order to inform the sales strategy, assist with the creation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance indicators.
6. Help in the planning of trade exhibits, industry gatherings, and marketing campaigns to advertise the business's offerings.
7. Support the sales team with general administrative tasks as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Office or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
