Senior Customer Service Representative

Job Requirements:

Cold calling local merchants, factories, and supermarkets to purchase recyclable paper, plastic, and metal products
Hit the monthly target quota
Cold calling new accounts and maintaining client engagements.
Proven Sales Track Records.

Qualifications:

With excellent spoken English skills.
College Graduate
With at least 2 to 10 years of total working experience in BPO or outbound sales calls
Minimum of 3 years of team leader/manager experience in telesales.
Proven track record in outbound sales calls.

Work Arrangement:

Full onsite, McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Availability to work midshift or night shift schedule (UK time zone)
Can start immediately
