Job Description: We are looking for someone to help our Mandarin-speaking customers. You will answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers have a good experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English.
Provide information about our products and services.
Solve customer problems and complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions.
Work with the team to improve customer service.
Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills.
Flexible with working hours and have a reliable internet connection.
