Property Accountant

Job Summary
The Property Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, monitoring collections, and maintaining financial records in alignment with company procedures. This role requires proficiency in property management systems and compliance with accounting standards to support the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and process billing and collections for property accounts.
-Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, including tenant accounts and collections.
-Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
-Utilize IPAS (Integrated Property Administration System) or similar ERP/property management systems for transaction recording, report generation, and client account management.
-Ensure compliance with government invoicing requirements (e.g., VAT, Official Receipt issuance).
-Generate financial reports to support management decision-making.
-Collaborate with property management teams to resolve billing or collection issues.

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-At least 1–3 years of accounting experience; property or real estate accounting experience is an advantage.
-Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Experience with accounting software and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
-Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
