In 2012, Premium Megastructures Inc. originated in Ormoc City, Leyte, the company acquired heavy types of equipment and barge, and built a new crusher plant and asphalt plant in the same year. With the continuous opportunities and growth, PMI has set its foot in Luzon, particularly the NCR Region. In 2016, PMI built a new office building in Makati City and was named PMI Tower, serving as the headquarters of Premium Megastructures Inc. and its partner companies.
