Radztech was conceived when software providers were still scarce and development of computer software by developers from Metro Manila were costly.

It started when its founder, Rado D. Racimo, was still in college - creating a system for his thesis entitled Computerized Enrollment System of Our Lady of the Pillar College Cauayan, his alma mater. From the thesis proposal in Year 2000 which later turned out to be the first large scale project delivered successfully, it is now one of the main products provided by Radztech.

Just after his graduation in 2001, he then started marketing his software and services as a computer programmer. In year 2004, he passed the 2004 ICT Proficiency Examination in Programming administered by the National Computer Center and the Civil Service Commission. He was one of the only six passers among 80 examinees nationwide, ranked 2nd and the lone passer in Region II.

Operating for at least a decade now, Radztech has already helped more than 20 companies under different industries in Region I, II and IV.
