Work Duration: Long term if successful

Plus 5% Salary increase after 6 months

Payment Method: Local bank transfer

Salary paid every 17th and 2nd of the month

Description/Information:

Respond to customer inquiries, manage chat support, resolve customer complaints, etc. We would like agents that excel in call handling, multitasking, processing orders, etc. English fluency in both verbal and written English is required.

Minimum Requirements:

*Decent computer or laptop

*English communication skills, both verbal and written

*Headset for calls – Plantronics 628 or any high-quality brand

*Punctual and Responsive

*Needs to strictly follow an NDA – You will be working with sensitive info and are legally bound to keep any company information safe.

Plus points if you have:

*BPO and WFH Experience

*Knowledge of how to use tools like Slack, Zoom, and any dialers

*Quiet environment

*Upwork Tracker
