HR Specialist

Job Description:
We're hiring for a Recruitment Specialist to handle all aspects of the recruiting process, from posting open positions to interviewing candidates and finalizing hires.

Responsibilities:
- Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.
- Handles end-to-end recruitment process,
from creating, posting, publishing, job ads.
- Prospecting, Screening, and onboarding.
- Schedule and conduct new hire orientation.

- At Least 2 years of relevant work history.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
- In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
- Willing to work on-site
