We're Hiring for HR Specialist - Legal and Compliance

We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team, focusing on Legal and Compliance. If you have a strong background in human resources and a keen understanding of legal regulations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Update HR policies and procedures in response to changes in laws and regulations.
- Efficiently address and resolve employee queries and concerns, tracking and reporting on query resolution turnaround times.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and management.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in HR, with a focus on legal and compliance issues
• Experience with employment law, regulatory requirements, and compliance-related processes.
• In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
