IT Associate

Description:
This role is responsible for providing IT-related technical support and performing basic computer troubleshooting functions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Provides hardware installation processes and procedures to concerned Department Heads
Installs necessary software to newly acquired system unit
- Assist users with the use of systems
- Performs basic troubleshooting
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
