Purchasing Supervisor

Manage procurement operations, sourcing products with the right quality and price.

Duties & Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily procurement operations, including sourcing, pricing, importation, negotiation with suppliers
+ Create and implement efficient procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry
+ Ensure quick turnaround time for supplier deliveries to achieve end-user satisfaction
+ Maximize cost savings and ensure margin protection
+ Coordinate with key persons internally and externally, to ensure smooth procurement-related operations
+ Track, analyze, and meet key performance metrics, devising strategies to improve performance


Preferred Education, Skills & Experience
+ Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or related fields
+ With at least three (3) years experience in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management in a senior staff position or supervisory function in the same or allied industry.
+ Analytical, strategic, systematic, problem-solver
+ Has good negotiation, interpersonal, management skills
+ Advanced Excel skills
