Purchasing Supervisor

A Purchasing Supervisor oversees the procurement activities within an organization, ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key responsibilities include:
-Team Management: Leading and supervising the purchasing team, assigning tasks, and providing training and support.
-Strategic Procurement: Developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
-Process Improvement: Streamlining purchasing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
-Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations, preparing reports on procurement performance, and analyzing procurement data.
-Inventory and Budget Management: Monitoring inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring timely procurement to meet organizational needs.

-Graduate of Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science or any business related courses
-With at least 2 years work experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management in the field of electronics manufacturing
-Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
-Understand procurement best practices and policies
-With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-With strong computer skills especially in MS Office software
