Finance Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of the finance department
2. Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and liquidity management
3. Completion of the commentary around variance to budget
4. Cashflow forecasting
5. Debt facilities management
6. Daily cash management
7. Liaising with external auditors and banks
8. Managing the company’s financial systems
9. Providing commentary and analysis around the company’s performance to the management team
10. Supporting the month end process where necessary

The above functions and responsibilities may be reasonably updated by the Company.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or relevant field

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience managing a Finance/Treasury Function
- Experience in banking industry is a plus.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
