HR Associate

We are looking for HR Associate to be part of our growing HR team!

The HR Associate shall support the day-to-day operations of HR operational functions specifically human capital planning, acquisition, the management and monitoring of personnel movements, HR systems, analytics, audit, and knowledge management. Ensures that all relevant policies, procedures, and standards related to the area of responsibility are established, kept updated, and consistently implemented.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- Working experience in the related field is a plus but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With a background in the different facets of Human Resources especially in Recruitment is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to join or start ASAP.
