Our company is a Philippine corporation of Parts Seiko Co., Ltd., which is headquartered in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture. Following China, we established the Philippines factory as a new overseas plant destination, and this year marks the ninth year. As a result of always realizing Japanese quality and short delivery times with high technical capabilities, we have gained the trust of Japanese companies in the Philippines, and have established ourselves as a self-supporting business for domestic orders in the Philippines.

Based on the belief that the quality of human resources who handle machines is what enables us to provide superior products, we are putting more effort into developing the technical skills, working environment, and awareness of our employees than ever before. Another feature of our company is that we carry out thorough QC at the initial stage to minimize losses.

We currently manufacture parts for the optical industry, medical equipment industry, FA robot industry, and aviation industry. We possess more than 300 high-performance machines, including cutting technology, thorough inspection, and high-performance machining centers, NC lathes, and three-dimensional measuring instruments, and we have a system that can handle requests for large lots. increase. There are two factors that make this capability possible. One is that we own more than 800 production machines and inspection machines in Japan, China, and the Philippines, all of which are of the same model, making it possible to manufacture with the same quality at all bases even in unforeseen circumstances.

The second is that our corporate policy is to spare no effort in developing human resources who can handle these machines. In addition to the performance of the machine, we believe that the enhancement of the human resources who operate the machine will lead to excellent products. By submitting an improvement report every month, we have succeeded in raising the awareness of our employees.
