WHO CAN:
- Utilize existing/new business-promo tools and programs to increase sales, increase customer count, and retain customers.
- Promote and sell services and products, including recommending and selling additional services and/or retail products which will enhance and improve the customer’s image and contribute to the customer’s satisfaction with services performed.
- Develop and maintain local business relationships.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with peers, shop and franchisor personnel, as well as landlords, property managers, etc.
- Effective control of shop operating costs such as supply and retail inventory, utilities, and maintenance costs.
- Discipline and terminate staff when appropriate with guidance from your human resources company.
