Operations Manager

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of procedures and policies within the Company, establish ways of improving the work environment and ensure efficient business operations in the Company
- Work closely with Top Management and management team to formulate strategic plans to reach Company annual targets and recommend policies and procedures to improve operations
- Ensures deliverables of the Operations team are on-time, correct and complete. This may include the following but is not limited to Financial Statements, Government Permits and Reports, and other documents
- Ensures that the Company’s revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded

- With Bachelor's/College degree, Master's degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent field
- Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience as Operations Supervisor or Manager
- Has understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management, sales target, etc.
- Proven knowledge on operations management, operating standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, business correspondence and presentation skills
- Preferably with proven experience in sales, business development, strategic planning, partnership, project management, conflict management are advantages
- Background in furniture or interior design industry is also an advantage
- Amenable to work on weekends and holidays
- Willing to travel to different business locations
