Junior Technical Support Representative • English bilingual

A Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to computer hardware or software devices. Their duties include taking phone calls live chat or emails from customers or communicating with them through messaging platforms, helping customers diagnose technical issues over the phone, and speaking with them about configuration, and installing hardware or software on their electronic devices.

An applicant should be
1. Medically fit to work on the graveyard shift
2. Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and even holidays
3. Able to travel/commute - no issues working onsite at our office in Ortigas Center Pasig City.
4. Excellent English communication skills verbal and written..
5. With a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
6. Proven experience in the position or role applied for. At least 1-year work experience in an international call center.
7. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
8. Passed the assessment test.
9. Plus other qualifications/requirements specific to the position applied for is met
