Job Position: Technical Support Representative

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions.

- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.

- Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
- Proficiency with support software and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and network configurations.
