Loans Support Specialist (Non-voice)

THE ROLE:
The Loans Support Specialist shall perform tasks to support collections and reconciliation of loan information (invoices and payments) and ensure that data/records are accurate. This role shall generate reports of outstanding collectable debt from consumers and submit the same to third party collection partners for execution.

WORKPLACE:
This role is a hybrid work set-up requiring the candidate to work on site and work from home (if able) the office is located in MACTAN, LAPU-LAPU CITY CEBU

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications.
> At least one year mix of Customer Service and Collections experience in the BPO
> At least one year work in a BANKING/FINANCE account in a call center OR actual work experience in a BANK
> A graduate of Business Administration or Finance
> Experience in Back Off of a Bank or Loans processing/Loans collection is a BIG PLUS
